Buoninfante Mattresses is a leading Italian mattress manufacturer located in Battipaglia, Salerno, Italy. Founded in 1975 by Armando Buoninfante, the Company has always been characterized by a relentless drive towards improvement and innovation. In the 2000s, under the management of Vincenzo Buoninfante, Armando’s son, several investments in automation were made, increasing the production. The first participation to Salone Internazionale del Mobile of Milan in 2007 was followed by an important reorganization of the Company, with the introduction of automated assembly and another important expansion of the production area. In 2013, the Company created an American branch with its headquarters in New York; in 2019 it was the turn of Asia with a new Head Office in Hong Kong. In 2018 the opening of a new factory of over 60.000 m2, complete with 2000 m2 of offices, marks the transition to a new phase for the Company. Thanks to its modern and organized productive structure, Buoninfante has massively improved its industrial performances and it is now able to manage and process large orders, a capacity that consolidates the role of the company at the top of the industry in its native country. The Buoninfante Brand Today, the Buoninfante brand is present in over 40 markets worldwide in circa 200 stores. In Italy, Buoninfante is active as a mattress wholesale distributor, while in some countries it has an exclusive distributor. In China, for example, there are more than 50 Buoninfante stores, whereas in other countries the Company works with importers who sell mattresses with their brand (not Buoninfante). Buoninfante also has mono-brand showrooms located all around the world.
